This is a unique antique medallion of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré on the front and the backside is the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré which is a basilica set along the Saint Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. It is one of five national shrines of Canada and has been credited by the Catholic Church with many miracles of curing the sick and disabled.
